Rally Bar Huddle: appliance-only video conferencing system for small rooms, no USB mode. MeetUp 2: USB-only conference room camera, no standalone mode, requires a connected laptop every call. Rally Bar Mini: full appliance or USB, small to medium rooms, most popular. Rally Bar: same as Mini but with 15x optical zoom for larger rooms and expandable to 4 mic pods. Rally Bar No-Radio: Rally Bar with all Wi-Fi and Bluetooth physically removed — for regulated and secure environments. CollabOS is the operating system running inside Rally Bar Huddle, Rally Bar Mini, Rally Bar, and Rally Bar No-Radio. It receives automatic updates via Logitech Sync and Microsoft Teams Admin Center. Each update adds AI features — People Recognition, Multi-Stream IntelliFrame, Grid View Sub-Tiling, Zoom Intelligent Director — without hardware changes. Can the same Logitech video conferencing system run Teams today and Zoom tomorrow?
Yes. In USB mode, the meeting host connects their laptop and runs any video conferencing platform they choose. In appliance mode, the device is configured for one platform — Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms. Switching platforms requires a reconfiguration via Logitech Sync — same video conferencing hardware, different setup, no new purchase. We handle the reconfiguration as part of our support service.
Our remote participants say they cannot see everyone in the room — they just see a wide group shot. What fixes this?
Multi-Stream IntelliFrame is a Teams Rooms on Windows feature that enables a Logitech Rally Bar or Rally Bar Mini to send five simultaneous video streams into a Teams meeting: four individual participant tiles and one room view. Remote participants see each person in their own frame, not grouped in one wide shot. With People Recognition (CollabOS 1.15, Beta), each tile shows the participant's name. Requires: Rally Bar or Rally Bar Mini, CollabOS 1.14 or higher, Teams Rooms on Windows, Sync app enabled. Currently in Beta — enabled via Logitech Sync app. Not available on Zoom or Google Meet.
What is Logitech Sight and does our video conferencing setup need it?
Sight is a tabletop companion camera that pairs with Rally Bar or Rally Bar Mini. Dual 4K cameras cover 315° around the table. Smart Switching AI selects between the front-of-room and table cameras per speaker. Most rooms with tables under 4 metres and up to 8 people do not need Sight — the Rally Bar Mini or Rally Bar handles the room well. For rooms with 10+ people around a longer conference table where face-on framing of all participants matters to remote attendees, Sight makes a significant difference. TIME Best Invention 2024. We assess each conference room camera setup during the site survey — in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and across all UAE emirates — and include Sight in the quote only when the room geometry justifies it.
Is the Logitech Rally Bar No-Radio certified for UAE government and regulated finance environments?
The Rally Bar No-Radio physically removes all Wi-Fi and Bluetooth hardware — there is no wireless capability that can be enabled. It operates Ethernet-only. Its security architecture includes AES-128 full disk encryption, symmetric key data encryption with PKI, device identity protected by device attestation, and key protection via Arm TrustZone and RPMP. UAE federal ministries and DIFC/ADGM financial firms deploy this variant for secure meeting rooms. A client visits our office and needs to present from their own laptop. How do they share their screen without reconfiguring the whole room?
HDMI Ingest allows a participant to plug their laptop's HDMI cable directly into the Tap or Tap IP controller on the conference table to share their screen content in the video conference meeting — without configuring BYOD mode, without touching the video bar, without IT involvement. Available since CollabOS 1.14 (January 2025) for Teams Rooms on Android and Zoom Rooms appliances. Audio sharing is not currently supported for Teams on Android. Requires Tap or Tap IP updated to latest firmware.
Does the Logitech video conferencing installation include configuration and training?
Yes. Our standard installation covers physical mounting, cable routing, platform configuration (Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms or USB mode), Logitech Sync registration, end-to-end video conference call test, and staff handover. We configure Sync to your IT team's account so they have full remote management from day one. Installation is quoted as a separate line item. Training is included in the handover — we show the room users how to join calls, adjust volume, switch modes, and use the Tap controller.
Can Logitech video conferencing systems be managed across multiple UAE offices?
Yes. All Rally Bar, Rally Bar Mini, MeetUp 2, Tap, and Sight devices register to the same Logitech Sync account regardless of location. One IT administrator monitors health, pushes firmware, and adjusts settings across rooms in Business Bay, DIFC, Khalifa City Abu Dhabi, and SAIF Zone Sharjah from a single browser. The CollabOS and Sync Cloud APIs launched August 2025 allow integration of device data into enterprise IT dashboards and ticketing systems. Multi-site quotes include Sync setup as part of the installation.
